Welcome to Apartments Medano! We aim to provide a great holiday experience with top-notch service and personal care.

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once we receive your down payment and you get a confirmation email from us.

Age Restrictions: Guests under 18 need to get in touch with us for approval to book.

Kids: Children count as a human and number of quests like adults. We can offer free travel cots and highchairs if you need them.

Cancellation Policy:

60+ days before arrival: Full refund of your down payment.
30-59 days before arrival: No refund of the down payment.
Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund of the down payment, and you’ll get billed for the full amount.

Lost Items: If you forget something, we’ll hold it for 7 days, but shipping costs will be on you.

Guest Count: Make sure the number of guests matches your booking and does not exceed the number of allowed people conform our licence.

Behaviour: Please keep noise down after 22.00 hours and before 8.00 in the morning, no parties nor screaming and respect the neighbours.

Damage: You’re responsible for the accommodation’s condition during your stay. Report any damage right away. The deposit can be used if needed or your insurance.

Cleaning: Please leave the apartment clean. If it’s messy, extra cleaning fees may apply.

Force Majeure: If something beyond our control happens (like natural disasters), we’ll not refund the downpayment but not charge full payment.
