Impressive and freshly renovated duplex on the beach front with extreme panoramic view.
Direct on the promenade of El Médano, above Duotone ProCenter. Best area for water sports, windsurf, kitesurf, SUP thanks to Duotone and TWS.
The duplex has a separate kitchen, toilet and living area on the groundfloor, 2 bedrooms and bathroom (master bedroom with balcony) on the first floor, and a large terrace with nice fourniture outside.

It has washing maschine and WIFI and a fantastic view due to its location on the beach front of El Médano beach.
You can choose having 4 single beds, 2 double beds or 2 single + 1 double bed for your stay. We have appropriate bed linnen and matress toppings to make them as you wish.
